All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll do our best to notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your destination. Shipping times can vary based on your location and local customs processing.
Please note that delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as:

- Holidays
- Courier or carrier issues
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, don't worry — this is normal, and it should refresh soon.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, even if you only placed one order. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each package. Don't worry if your items don't all arrive at the same time!
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order once it reaches your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.
We recommend checking with your country's customs authority for more information if you're unsure whether your order may be subject to these fees.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us or needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
